Who produces my component?
We do not manufacture any parts ourselves. Our supplier network has a wide range of manufacturing processes, so we can supply a wide variety of components.
Why should I order from you?
Because you can order your individual component immediately from us. We do not want to say more here, we want to convince you through service and quality.
Which technical requirements must my file fulfill?
Depending on the manufacturing process, our online calculator requires a drawing in DXF, STEP or STL format. The correct scale (1: 1) you should comply, also the outer contours must be closed. Drawing frames or image content in the drawing are also not allowed.
Can I also receive a written offer?
You can also save your shopping cart as an offer and print it out first. The validity period of the offer can be found on this document. Your cart will be available in this form in the same period of validity.
I have only a sketch or PDF of my component. Is that possible?
We will help you further. You can also send us the drawing via E-Mail. We will make you an offer in no time.
Do I have to register for an instant price or an offer?
No. You can use our online calculator directly without registration. There are no costs for you. Only when ordering we need your order address.
What if I forgot my password?
Of course, if you have forgotten your password, we will gladly help you to define a new password. Please click on the button "forgot password" in the login area.
Security & Privacy
Who gets access to my CAD data?
During the calculation, your CAD data will only be processed by us. Only after your order drawings are passed on to our manufacturing partners. This is protected by confidentiality agreements with our partners.
Is the upload of my CAD data encrypted?
Your uploads are secured by https with TLS encryption. If you would like to provide your files via an in-house tool, please send us one E-Mail.
Can I conclude a confidentiality agreement with you?
We are happy to conclude a separate confidentiality agreement with you. Just send us one E-Mail.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is safe on a German server in Nuremberg.
Can I see the status of my order?
You can see the current status of the entire order in your customer account under "Orders". You can see the status of the individual order items in the positions themselves. Just click on them for your detailed view.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is currently € 50.00. This value applies to your entire shopping cart, not to individual items.
What is the maximum order value?
The maximum order value in our online shop is currently 10,000.00 EUR net. Alternatively, it is possible to raise the maximum order value or to order by e-mail. You can contact us by phone or E-Mail.
How can I change my order?
As soon as your order reaches the status "order placed", it will be integrated into a process chain and can no longer be changed by you. Should it nevertheless happen that your order needs to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I deposit different delivery addresses?
In your customer account, you can keep a very personal address book by simply adding a new address as the delivery address or billing address. With each order, you can use your address book to set the delivery address or billing address for the order.
How can I complain about my order?
You can submit a claim directly in your customer account via the action menu of the rejected order item. Please enter the reason for the complaint and upload up to three image files. Also tell us your contact request, as well as the contact person who handles this complaint.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has the status "order placed", it is no longer possible to cancel the order portal or customer account. Should it nevertheless happen that your order should be canceled, contact us. We look forward to see how changes are still possible.
Which payment options are available?
You can pay us with the following payment options:
- Invoice purchase
The purchase of the invoice will be automatically activated after the initial order. If you need a payment by invoice for your first order, please contact us via E-Mail.
What do I have to consider when making the transfer?
For faster processing, your payment should include the order confirmation number for a transfer as the intended use. Please note that it may take about two to three business days for payment to reach us.
How can I pay with Paypal?
With "PayPal" you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal server and can arrange your payment to us immediately. Your order will be automatically released for production upon completion of the transaction.
How do I receive my bills?
You will automatically receive your invoice in electronic format as an email in PDF format once your product or products have been completed and shipped. All previous invoices can also be found in your customer account under the relevant orders.
Delivery & Shipping
What are the shipping costs / delivery costs?
The shipping and delivery costs are calculated automatically according to delivery time, weight and volume in the online calculator. If special delivery conditions are desired, we are happy to make you a personal offer.
Which shipping method is used?
Depending on weight and component size, a distinction is made between parcel shipping and forwarding shipping. We automatically select the right transport company.
Do you deliver outside of Germany?
Usually, we currently only deliver to you throughout Germany. In individual cases you can also contact us.
Where can I see the shipping status?
If you have ordered a product from us, you can track the order at any time through the customer account. For parcel shipping you will find there the tracking number of the respective transport company.
Can I pick up my order myself?
We offer our manufacturing processes exclusively including shipping. The possibility for pickup therefore does not exist.
Where do your suppliers sit?
Our suppliers are mainly based in Germany. Each supplier is personally known to us and personally reviewed by our employees.
Can I find out who produced my components?
Depending on the capacity utilization, we use different suppliers. To protect our OEM suppliers who wish to remain anonymous, the chosen supplier is not named. For series orders and initial samples, we ensure that the components are always manufactured by the same supplier.
